So, our virtual grand opening had some technical glitches, but we wanted to share it with you anyway.
As noted, there’s several reasons we’re doing this. One is so that our community has someplace they can feel good about shopping and donating items. Another is to support folks in our community who are struggling. A third is to help fund Spiral Moon. And the fourth is a more long term goal of providing job skills services (which we can get grant money to fund and pay staff for).
We are currently seeking volunteers to help add items to the site. And possibly an angel supporter who can fund a storage space for a year so that we can take more donations, store them in an organized fashion, and get more listings added more quickly (as little as $30 a month would get us started here, until we can get things rolling).
